I live in South Denver with my wonderful husband and our two kids, who daily remind me of the beauty in presence, play, and wonder. I’m also a proud dog, guinea pig, and fish mom—and in the coming years, a hopeful llama mom as our family prepares to return to farm life. We're slowly building a life that reflects our values: one rooted in love, sustainability, and care for creation.
I grew up tucked in the mountains of Fairplay, Colorado, where life moved with the rhythm of the land. My childhood was a beautiful blend of activity and curiosity; dancing in the studio, cheering on the sidelines, playing sports, and showing animals through 4H. From sheep and steers to dogs and horses, I experienced connection through care.
I’ve always had a wide range of interests and often felt like I was good at many things, but not exceptional at just one. Over time, I realized that my strength lies in weaving; bringing together seemingly different threads into something meaningful and whole.
Professionally, my path has been rooted in public health and clinical research, where I’ve spent nearly a decade supporting others through systems and science. I earned my bachelor’s degree from CU Denver and later completed my MBA in Sustainability from Bard College. But as I grew in knowledge and experience, I also felt a deeper calling stirring. One that couldn’t be explained by metrics or models alone.
Spiritually, my journey has been rich and evolving. Though I grew up going to church, I stepped away during college and found my way back about a decade ago. Along that path, I began to embrace something I had carried since childhood—my spiritual sensitivity. It was a quiet knowing, a reverence for things beyond the surface, something I had hidden out of fear or misunderstanding. Through prayer, study, and deep inner work, I came to see how the sacred speaks in more ways than we often expect—through land, story, memory, and mystery.
I believe that God—the Creator of all life and love—has always spoken to people in the ways they could receive and understand. Across generations and geographies, in every culture and language, divine wisdom has found form in dreams, in stories, in symbols, in nature, and in the rituals passed down by those who came before us. These expressions may look different on the surface, but beneath them lie shared truths of love, justice, beauty, reverence, and belonging.
Rather than divide or rank these paths, I honor the thread that runs through them all. I see the sacred not as a single road, but as a vast landscape—with many ways to encounter the divine. My own faith is rooted in a relationship with God through Jesus, but I also carry a deep respect for the wisdom and practices that have shaped people across time, including those of my Norse ancestors, who lived close to the land and honored creation in ways I still feel in my bones.
Faith, for me, isn’t a box to fit into. It’s a posture of openness, humility, and trust. It’s the willingness to be present with mystery—to seek, to listen, to love. It’s in the quiet moments, the earth beneath my feet, the stories we carry, and the choices we make each day.
Bloom to Bee is my offering. It is a space where sustainability and spirituality meet. It’s rooted in care for people, the planet, the past, and the possible. Whether you’re here for spiritual guidance, ancestral remembrance, sustainability support, or storytelling that speaks to the soul—I’m so glad our paths have crossed.
My hope is that through this work, others might reconnect with themselves, with the divine, with the land, and with each other. Because when we care for creation, remember where we’ve come from and walk gently with one another, we begin to glimpse the sacred pattern we’re part of; a pattern bigger than any one of us, and yet woven through each of us.
At the heart of Bloom to Bee is a deep calling to serve both people and planet through sacred stewardship, sustainable living, and meaningful connection. I am someone who believes that true transformation begins when we align our lives with creation’s divine rhythms—honoring the cycles of nature, the wisdom of our ancestors, and the sacredness woven into every moment.
My journey has been shaped by a love for nature, a commitment to faith, and a desire to bridge the spiritual and the practical. I have witnessed how embracing sustainability and circularity is not only essential for the Earth’s healing but also deeply enriching for our souls and communities. This is why I offer my services, not just as a consultant or guide, but as a companion walking alongside you in your own journey toward renewal, wholeness and purpose.
I work with intention, rooted in listening, respect, and personalized care. Every program, ritual, workshop, and consultation I offer is crafted with prayer, reflection, and a spirit of sacred stewardship. Whether working with individuals seeking spiritual alignment or businesses embracing circular models, my approach is holistic; honoring economic success, environmental responsibility, and social well-being as interconnected parts of a thriving whole.
Bloom to Bee is more than a business, it’s a sacred invitation to reclaim our place within the web of life, to live with intention and gratitude, and to steward the blessings we’ve been given with humility and love. I am here to help you awaken to that possibility and to support you as you bloom in your own unique way.
